The first-ever Dunukofia Legislative Complex was constructed by the administration of Mayor Chijioke C. Ozumba, Esq., breaking a 29-year jinx. The project was commissioned in October 2025 by the Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR.
